Yellow Kahili Ginger
The Kahili Ginger is notable for its flower head that resembles a kahili, a banner of brightly colored Hawaiian bird feathers which was held high in a procession to announce Hawaiian royalty. The fragrance of this ginger is similar to the simple yellow or white ginger, but a fragrance decidedly its own.
